Evaluation of Science Learning Supervision on Secondary Schools
Abstract
This research aims were (1) the support of the policy, (2) the resources, and (3) the
implementation of science learning supervision, (4) the performance of secondary science
teachers in Gorontalo City. The conclusions that (1) the supervision was based on laws of
national regulations, (2) Teachers perception based on their experiences, supervisors and
school principals focused on the schools and classroom visit supervision, their characteristics
were in accordance with the National Standard, and potentially to be developed. The
resources has met the Minimum Service Standard (MSS), (3) the implementation of science
supervision has not met the MSS. and (4) teachers performance; best 16%, good 43% and
fair 5% and remaining (36%) did not have the willingness to be supervised
