Angiosarcoma Involving the Heart

Abstract

A 66-year-old man presented with dyspnea, leg swelling, fatigue, and weight loss. Imaging revealed a right atrial mass infiltrating the pericardium, diagnosed as high-grade angiosarcoma via biopsy. Despite tumor-debulking surgery, the patient died due to hemodynamic instability. Autopsy confirmed extensive epicardial tumor infiltration
