Abstract

This case report details the presentation, labor, and delivery of a 34 year old woman at 39 weeks of gestation with confirmed Covid-19. Despite typical symptoms and radiographic signs consistent with Covid-19, the patient experienced an uncomplicated spontaneous vaginal delivery. Precautions were taken to minimize exposure of hospital staff and the newborn. Both mother and child were discharged in good health, and no neonatal or caregiver infections were reported.
