This dataset contains quantitative data collected from 400 adolescents aged 13–19 years in the Kumasi Metropolitan Area of Ghana. It was designed to examine the effectiveness of school-based and community-based sexual and reproductive health (SRH) education programs. The dataset includes demographic characteristics, type of SRH education exposure, SRH knowledge scores, attitude measures, and indicators of SRH service utilization. Data were generated and structured to reflect realistic distributions consistent with public health research standards. The variables support descriptive, comparative, and multivariate analyses aligned with the study objectives. The dataset is suitable for statistical analysis using SPSS, including chi-square tests, t-tests, and logistic regression. Overall, it provides an empirical basis for evaluating adolescent SRH education outcomes in an urban Ghanaian context.
